You will be charged the monthly subscription fee immediately, and on the same day every month for ongoing service. For annual plans, this applies yearly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the settings page of the doggylogs.com website.
Doggy Logs subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellations that are made mid-month will not result in a refund for unused days.
If you upgrade your plan mid-month, the upgrade will happen immediately, and you will be billed the pro-rated difference between the plans.
If you downgrade your plan mid-month, the change will not take effect until the end of the current billing cycle.
If your payment does not complete for any given bill, you will be notified by email.
In case of a price change, you will be notified by email and given a minimum of 1 month notice before such price change takes effect.
We will donate a minimum of 1% of all revenue to charities helping animals in need.
